My first Griffin Character! For , on Tookie Island.

Index is a Hoatzin-Italian Greyhound. She still has her claws ... or at least most of them as they never officially fell off whens he was a chick. She's goofy, playful and likes to hoard weird things.

She, because of her Hoatzin side, tends to smell a bit weird ^.^ (In reality, apparently Hoatzins smell like cow turds because of their double-fermenting crop. As a result, they're nick named 'Stink-turkeys'. Lovely.)

Character Personality: A bit of a curiosity. Smells funny, so doesn't make or keep friends easily, but is as goofy as they come. Loves to share her 'wealth', usual;ly by giving away stuff she's made and found. Creative and loves playing with colors/mud/whatever she can dig her toes into.

Not much of a flier due to her Hoatzin hertitage's huge crop, but damn fast on the ground. Prefers her veggies and leaves, but not afraid to chase down and nom a lizard or insect when one is too slow to get out of reach.

Oh, and in case folks have missed it, Index DOES have 2 sets of ears! (The Hoatzin and the Iggy ones. Guess it's part of her overall quirky... um... existence...)
